The product to be sanitized enters directly inside the peg impeller, the high speed of the impeller allows a total sanitization of the product, any eggs or larvae (not visible to the naked eye) will be so damaged that they cannot be born, this allows a longer shelf life of the flour in the points of sale. The processed product is not damaged and loses any technological properties.
