The machine consists of:
Case in steel plate supported by four legs.
Horizontal axis rotor with beaters.
Cylindrical sifting mantle made of special mesh.
Motor with belt relay.
The shape of the beaters, the type of mantle used and the size of the holes in the mantle, are adapted to the product to be processed.
Technical Description
The machine provides for the breaking of corn seeds into 3 or 4 pieces detaching the vitreous from the germ, with subsequent machines is possible the separation of the two elements
.As the product enters, it is driven into the work area by a spiral helix; within the mantle the product undergoes a vigorous impact by the beaters of the rotor against the mantle.
The hardest part of the grain is broken, but the germ being softer remains less damaged. An aspiration takes out the powder present in the broken product.
The broken out product exits through the mantle falling on the lower hopper. Any foreign bodies present in the product goes out on the second exit of the machine.
