This model represents a small stone mill system, in fact in addition to the Naxo stone mill it is complete with an integrated sifter with three sieves to obtain flours of different fineness and separate the bran from the flours.
The machine is also equipped with an outlet for wholemeal flour (full body) without passing through the Sifter.
An important feature is the low revolutions of the stone mills, the possibility of seeing the actual distance of the millstones via a digital indicator. This allows for precise control over the processing.
The output flours are of excellent quality, because they are not excessively heated during grinding.
